Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Launch, an online education program operated by Life Beast Pty Ltd as trustee for The Bridger Family Trust, trading as The Launch Mentoring (ABN 72 827 695 975) ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing The Launch, you ("you", "the member") agree to these Terms.

1. What you are purchasing

The Launch is a self-guided, digital online education program for chiropractors at every stage, from final-year student to practice owner. Your purchase gives you access to digital course content, including video lessons, written materials, and any resources we make available within the program, for the duration of your active subscription.

The Launch is an educational and informational product. It does not constitute clinical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for your own professional judgment, your registration obligations, or guidance from the Chiropractic Board of Australia or your professional indemnity insurer.

2. Subscription, billing and renewal

• The Launch is sold as an annual subscription.
• Your first payment includes a one-time amount plus the first year of access, as shown at checkout. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for your first year.
• Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews each year at the then-current renewal rate (currently AU$199 per year), charged to your nominated payment method on or around the anniversary of your purchase.
• To avoid being charged for the next year, you must cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date. If you do not cancel within this period, the renewal will proceed and the annual fee will be charged.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing in the future. If a price change will affect your renewal, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect, so you have time to decide whether to continue or cancel. Your current rate continues until any notified change takes effect, and you may cancel before then to avoid the new price.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before a renewal charge is processed.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• To avoid being charged for the next year, you must cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date. Cancellations received within 7 days of the renewal date will take effect from the following year, and the upcoming renewal will still be charged.
• To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or use any self-service cancellation option we provide.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current paid period, after which access ends.

4. Access and accounts

• Your access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, including sharing or redistributing content.

5. Refunds and your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.

After the 7-day period, and because The Launch is a digital product that provides immediate access to content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including for any automatic annual renewal. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description.

6. Intellectual property

All content within The Launch, including videos, written materials, frameworks, and resources, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, screenshot for distribution, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

7. Content updates

The Launch is updated over time. We may add, change, or remove content, modules, or features at our discretion. We aim to maintain and improve the value of the program but do not guarantee that any specific piece of content will remain available.

We may change the name or branding of the program from time to time. This does not affect your access, your subscription, or these Terms.

8. No guarantee of results

The Launch provides education and tools. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application. We make no guarantee of any particular clinical, financial, or business outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability to you in connection with The Launch is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of The Launch after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Western Australia.
