This Privacy Policy explains how Life Beast Pty Ltd as trustee for The Bridger Family Trust, trading as The Launch Mentoring (ABN 72 827 695 975) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We collect information when you download a free tool or guide, join The Launch Letter, purchase The Launch, apply for 1:1 coaching, create an account, contact us, or use the program. Some technical data may be collected automatically through our platform and standard web technologies.

• To process payments and manage your subscription and renewals.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate The Launch, including our course and email platform (GoHighLevel), our payment processor (Stripe), and Instagram messaging automations (Meta) for our keyword replies. These providers handle your information on our behalf and are bound to protect it. Some providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Payment data is handled by Stripe under industry-standard security. No online system is completely secure, and you provide information at your own risk.
